Rental Services

Booking Process

• All rental requests submitted through our website are inquiries and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
• Rental availability is subject to prior bookings and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery.
• Payment methods and specific terms will be discussed upon booking confirmation.
• All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before event: Full refund of deposit.
• Less than 7 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking within 6 months.
• No-shows: No refund will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, equipment issues). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Rental Period & Delivery

• Standard rental periods are for one day (single event) unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated with you based on your event schedule.
• An adult (18+) must be present at the venue to receive delivery and be present for pickup.
• Access to the venue must be arranged prior to delivery. Any delays due to venue access issues may result in additional fees.
• Delivery fees are based on your location and will be confirmed at booking.

Care of Rental Items

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup.
• Rental items must be kept in a safe, supervised area during your event.
• Items must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any provided instructions.
• Do not attempt to repair, modify, or alter any rental items.
• Items should be kept indoors or in a covered area unless specifically designed for outdoor use.

Damage & Loss

• Normal wear and tear is expected and included in the rental price.
• You will be charged for any damage beyond normal wear and tear at the replacement or repair cost.
• Lost or stolen items will be charged at full replacement value.
• Please report any damage or issues immediately upon discovery.

Cleaning

• We handle professional cleaning and sanitization between rentals.
• Please remove any food debris, decorations, or personal items from rental items before pickup.
• Excessive cleaning required due to stains, food residue, or other soiling may result in additional cleaning fees.

Liability & Indemnification

• You agree to use all rental items at your own risk.
• Desert Littles Party Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of our rental items.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desert Littles Party Rentals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our rental items or services.
• Adult supervision is required when children are using or near rental items.
