Simply browse our rentals, add items to your cart, select your rental dates, and submit a booking request. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm availability and finalize your reservation.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery. We accept various payment methods which will be discussed when confirming your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can be applied as credit toward a future booking.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We deliver, set up, and pick up across Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area for a flat fee based on your ZIP code — $50 for Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and nearby north Phoenix, or $75 for the wider metro including Cave Creek. Prefer to skip the fee? Free pickup from our north Scottsdale home base (85254) is always available.

What areas do you serve?

Delivery is priced by ZIP code from our home base in 85254. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and nearby north Phoenix ZIPs are $50; Phoenix, Cave Creek, and Carefree are $75. Outside those zones — including Fountain Hills, the East Valley (Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert), and the West Valley — we offer free customer pickup instead. Normal wear and tear is expected and included. However, significant damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost. We recommend keeping items in a safe, supervised area during your event.

No deep cleaning is required - just a general tidying up. We handle all sanitization between rentals. However, please remove any food debris or decorations.
